Overview of the Platform. Our customers may use the Platform and its AI features to interact with their end users ("End Users"). In connection with these interactions, we may collect personal information from End Users.

This Privacy Notice does not apply to the personal information that we process solely on behalf of our customers pursuant to a written agreement we have entered into with such customers ("Customer Information"). Our customers' respective privacy notices or policies govern their collection and use of Customer Information. Our processing of Customer Information is governed by the contracts that we have in place with our customers, not this Privacy Notice.
